Lake Arrowhead Rotary
Art & Wine - 2010
Rotary Signature Event
Is Huge Success
June 26 & 27, 2010:  For decades, one of the most anticipated events on the mountain has been the Rotary Art & Wine Festival, and 2010 was no exception. In 2010, with the redesign of Tavern Bay Beach Club, fifty artists from around southern California found a two day home on the shores of Lake Arrowhead, and area residents and tourists found some of the most stunning art and wine available anywhere.

Once again, we thank our artists, who not only come again and again from great distances, but then demonstrate incredible patience with the limited parking for unloading and loading in this wonderful but cozy venue.

No event like this gets done without manpower, and the Rotarians from both the Lake Arrowhead Noon and Sunrise clubs put in countless hours, not only on the event days, but in the preplanning and logistics that go
Art & wine is successfully staged each year with the generous cooperation of the Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) and the Tavern Bay Beach Club
into making an event as big and as complicated as this a success for Rotary, as well as the attendees. The Board members begin their planning sessions in February of each year in order to ensure that no issue is left unattended or overlooked.

Sunshine and good wine means that visitors will be hungry, and our food vendors go to the extreme to make everyone feel at home and to make sure that there is plenty to eat.

Lastly, but most importantly, we thank our residents, visitors, and tourists who make Art & Wine, and ultimately Rotary’s community and world-wide efforts successful, by annually attending this event, supporting our participating artists, supporting Rotary, and having genuine fun in the process.
We know that in a tight economy there are so many more things that command limited dollars.  Our community support comes from the knowledge that not only is this a fun and entertaining event to attend, but that the results of the financial support demonstrated here will be plowed right back into the needs of others in our mountain communities, for the support of children, and for the good of the world.
See you again next time!
